Straighteners and Rounders

The machinery park is equipped with automatic straighteners and rounders, which enable the ends of the wire to be straightened and rounded, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Semi and Fully Automated Production Lines

The high efficiency of the machines and automation ensure that operations are carried out efficiently and precisely. Natom Logistic uses machines from various manufacturers, allowing for the adjustment of operation parameters to meet product requirements and customer expectations. Packing Robots

The final stage of production, which is the packing of wire shelves, is performed automatically by robots. These robots ensure the proper and safe packaging of finished products, preparing them for transport.

Powder Coating Finishing

Modern Powder Coating Lines – Automatic and Manual

Finishing elements with powder coating has never been simpler at Natom Logistic. Two highly advanced painting lines allow for efficient and precise finishing of finished products. The automatic powder coating line prepares large batches of products and large-sized products, saving time and costs. The manual painting line prepares smaller production batches while maintaining the highest quality and accuracy.

Advanced Welding Technologies

The need for performing complex welding operations prompted us to invest in high-efficiency welding robots with a wide range of capabilities. Our production also ensures manual welding operations using qualified personnel. As part of our development, we have implemented ISO PN-EN 1090-1, PN-EN 1090-2, PN-EN ISO 3834-2 standards. Adherence to ISO welding procedures allows us to guarantee the durability, strength, and accuracy of operations performed in accordance with European standards.

Aluminum Cutting Saw

It is used, among others, for processing elements of QuickGuard aluminum enclosures. This high-quality product is produced by Natom Logistic for the entire Troax group and our customers. This device performs a wide range of operations precisely and accurately, leaving smooth, clean aluminum surfaces (without burrs).
