Your Responsibilities:

• Development of New Internal Logistics Products: Create new internal logistics products and optimize existing ones.
• Selection of Cost-Effective Manufacturing Technologies: Choose the most cost-effective manufacturing technologies, considering the existing machinery.
• Strength Calculations and FEA Simulations: Perform strength calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) simulations for new products.
• Project Scheduling and Budgeting: Create schedules and budgets for projects.
• Project Supervision: Oversee the project from concept phase through production and optimization.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with production, quality, and sales departments.
• Preparation of Presentations: Prepare presentations with calculations and recommendations for the best solutions.
• Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress.
• Offer Calculations: Create offer calculations based on project simulations or actual production times.
• Product Load Testing: Conduct load tests on new products and analyze the measurement results.
• Cooperation with R&D: Collaborate with the R&D department at TROAX’s headquarters in Sweden.

Our Requirements:

• Engineering Education: Engineering degree required; a higher technical degree is preferred.
• Professional Experience: Experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in CAD: Advanced knowledge of and ability to create technical documentation in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) – a must.
• Welding and Soldering Knowledge: Familiarity with welding and soldering technologies will be an additional advantage.
• Product Development Skills: Ability to develop new products and improve existing ones through innovative approaches.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
• Project Management: Skills in planning, organizing, and executing R&D projects according to schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of Standards and Regulations: Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations, such as ISO norms and safety standards.
• Creative Thinking and Growth Mindset: Creative thinking and a desire for personal and professional growth.
• Development Project Management: Ability to lead development projects.
• Component and Material Selection: Skills in selecting appropriate commercial components and construction materials.
• English Proficiency: B2 level English proficiency, including technical vocabulary.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with other members of the engineering department.
